Fadason Sdn Bhd was founded on 31st of December 1974. We joined the INCHAPE Malaysia family which was the distributor of Borneo Motors, Champion Motors, Century Motors and Orchard Motors on the 5th of January 1975. We were responsible to sell a multitude of car brands which included; Toyota, Audi, Renault, Volkswagen, lorries and trucks in the Seberang Perai and south of Kedah area.

Fadason Sdn Bhd is also currently an authorized dealer of UMW Toyota Motors. Throughout the many changes of distributorship of Toyota in Malaysia, Fadason Sdn Bhd remained a loyal dealer to the brand through it all. Fadason is the 2nd oldest dealer of Toyota in Malaysia with 50 years of experience.

In November 2024, Fadason also became a dealer for Dongfeng passenger car under the leadership of Central Auto Distributors Bhd (CADB). Central Auto Distributors Bhd (CADB), is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of PEKEMA, assigned to assume the role as an exclusive importer and distributor for Dongfeng passenger car in Malaysia market. Backed by PEKEMA's experience, network, local knowledge and resources, CADB aspires to achieve the desired aspirations and outcomes derived from this global partnership with DFMIEC which will position the company on a strong footing to leverage on EV-related incentives.

Fadason Penang

Fadason Sdn Bhd is also one of the early members of PEKEMA (Persatuan Pengimport & Peniaga Kenderaan Melayu Malaysia), member number 46 joining in 9th July 1982 and owns Open AP license for both cars and motorcycles.
